
Organic corn tortilla chips covered in chocolate and topped with ancho and chipotle chillies. There's something unexplainable about the toasted-corn, liberally salted lure of the tortilla chip. We tossed organic corn chips with deep milk chocolate and a dusting of ancho and chipotle chili powders...just perfect alongside colorful mango, hibiscus and cucumber margaritas! Serve with authentic Mexican elotes (corn on the cob speared on skewers and rolled in mayonnaise, cotija cheese, a touch of chili powder and a squeeze of fresh lime juice).
